Adam Logue, independence and executive function coach for neurodivergent teens and young adults in San Diego and Phoenix
The coach

Who is Adam Logue?

Adam Logue is an educator turned independence coach. He began in the classroom as an English and History teacher and special-education lead, then spent years leading one-to-one schools built for students who learn differently. As Principal, Academy and Campus Director, and Director of Student Programming, he designed curriculum and built student support programs from the ground up.

Quiet Confidence Coaching was founded during his years as a school principal, out of direct demand from families. Parents of neurodivergent and failure-to-launch students kept asking the same question: who supports my capable kid after high school ends? Adam built the answer, one student at a time.

He went on to serve as a Program Director with one of San Diego's trusted supported college living organizations, guiding neurodivergent young adults through the full transition to college living: social, academic, career, and independent-living growth. When Quiet Confidence Coaching in-home and community demand expanded rapidly, it became his full focus. He now prepares students for what's next, and works with the autism and disability support community and resources, partnering organizations in the transition process.

Across every role, the through-line is the same: capable young people missing only the scaffolding that school used to provide and adulthood never does. Coaching is where he builds it back, deliberately and without drama.

The approach

Why “quiet” confidence?

Because the loud kind fades. Quiet confidence is the kind a young adult carries into a kitchen, a classroom, a job interview, and a hard Tuesday. It is built through real skills practiced in real places, with support that plans its own fade from day one.

“Independence isn’t the absence of support. It’s what good support builds.”

The work

What does Quiet Confidence Coaching offer?

  • Independence coaching for autistic neurodivergent teens and young adults: executive functioning, life skills, adult transition, and community integration.
  • In-person and in-home coaching across San Diego and Phoenix, and virtual coaching nationwide.
  • California Self-Determination Program (SDRC) and Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account(ESA) for neurodiverse participants welcome; coaching can be funded through SDP and ESA budgets.

Every plan is student-authored, skills-first, and built to end. Graduating out of coaching is the goal, not the loss.
