Why Quiet Confidence Coaching?
ICAN — Independence Coaching for Adults with Neurodiversity — is the primary 1:1 coaching service offered by Quiet Confidence Coaching. It is designed specifically for adults and young adults navigating life with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), AuDHD, ADHD, Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), and executive functioning challenges.
This is not therapy.
ICAN is a practical, goal-driven partnership focused on building the real-world skills, self-awareness, and confidence that allow neurodivergent individuals to live more fully on their own terms — at home or living independently, in relationships, in the workplace or community.
ICAN coaching is designed for young adults (ages 16 and older) who are neurodivergent and working toward greater independence, or transitioning from high school to college, or college to career. You may be a good fit if you or your loved one is experiencing the following:
Diagnosed with Neurodiversity, Autism (ASD), AuDHD, ADHD, or PDA, and similar
Has a family or caregiver actively supporting their growth toward independence
Has tried therapy but needs something more practical and skill-focused
Faces executive functioning challenges, difficulty initiating tasks, managing time, or building routines
Experiences 'failure to launch' and difficulty leaving home, finding work, or building social connection
Every coaching relationship at Quiet Confidence Coaching begins with a free 30-minute consultation to understand your specific goals, history, and what independence means for you. From there, sessions are structured around your individual needs — not a fixed curriculum.
A typical 1:1 session may include:
• Goal-setting and progress review — tracking movement toward meaningful personal milestones
• Life skills practice — budgeting, cooking, transportation, housing, job applications, and more
• Social skills and communication coaching — grounded in the Social Thinking framework
• Executive functioning support — building routines, managing tasks, overcoming initiation challenges
• Identity and confidence work — understanding your strengths, values, and how you want to show up
• Real-world application — sessions that move beyond the room and into actual environments when appropriate
Sessions are conducted in a calm, low-pressure environment designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Adam Logue, founder of Quiet Confidence Coaching, brings more than a decade of experience working with neurodivergent youth and young adults as an educator, Academic Director, and Principal. He has developed coaching practices, curricula, and support programs for neurodivergent individuals across school and community settings.
This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Every client is met as a whole person — with unique strengths, challenges, history, and goals. The coaching relationship is built on trust, consistency, and a genuine belief in what is possible.
